Refund Policy

Single precheck purchases may be eligible for review if the precheck was not started, or if a billing error occurred. Once a precheck has produced results, the work is considered delivered.

Subscription refunds are reviewed based on usage and billing date. You can cancel a workspace at any time from billing settings; cancellation stops the next charge but does not automatically refund the current period.

If you were charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact billing@packetwise.space with the order or invoice reference and we will look into it.
